Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once this window has passed.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email Info@MorAurae.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a Return Form. Please print and include it inside your package.
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.


Refunds

After your return arrives and passes inspection, we will email you with an update regarding the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds.


Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email Info@MorAurae.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you’d like exchanged

  • A brief description of the defect or damage

All exchanges must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.


Gift Receipt Returns

Items purchased with a gift receipt may be returned for a MorAurae gift card equal to the original purchase value. The gift receipt must be included, and all standard return requirements apply.

Shipping & Refund Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance. MorAurae is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
