Order Processing
All ground orders placed on MorAurae.com are processed Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (excluding major holidays).
Orders ship within the following 1–3 business days of purchase, pending payment authorization and verification.
Expedited Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST with an expedited shipping option selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the next business day.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center in Pittsburgh, PA.

MorAurae is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is marked Returned to Sender due to:

Shipping costs will not be refunded. A reshipment fee may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
MorAurae is not responsible for packages marked DELIVERED by USPS, UPS, or DHL.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the courier directly:
